He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nicholson and Annie Nicholson. He is survived by: his wife Lillie "Tootsie" Hicks Nicholson; his sons, Daniel (Marcia K. Nicholson) and Steve (Brenda Nicholson); his grandchildren, Dusty (DeAnna Nicholson), Matthew (Jennie Nicholson) and Katie (Michael McPherson); and his great grandchildren, Dixie Nicholson and Carson McPherson. He is also survived by 4 sisters.
