He is survived by: his wife Betty Harris Lance; his children, Dr. Scott Lance (Sarah Lance) of Ashland, KY and Heather Lance Ogles (James "Zeb" Ogles) of Sweetwater; his grandchildren, James Ogles (Jennifer), William Ogles (Brooke) and Catherine Ogles; and his great grandchild Ruthie Ogles.
