He is survived by: his parents, Lori Neal Burnette and Ryan Patrick Neal of Niota; his stepfather Jamey Burnette of Sweetwater; his siblings, Hunter Ritchie (Alya), Haley Ruhstaller, Madison Ruhstaller, Noah Burnette, Ryan Neal Jr. and Amber Neal; his grandparents, Larry, Patsy Neal of Madisonville and Michael Ritchie of Sweetwater; and his close friend Shane McCammon.
