He is survived by: his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Nathan Runyon; his sons, Mike of Sweetwater and Scott Duckworth of Sweetwater; his sister Mary Ann Kelly of Gainesville; his grandchildren, Samantha McKinley, Brandy Lintton, Devin Duckworth, Amy Duckworth and Logan Duckworth; and his great grandchildren, Colsen McKinley, Kendal Duckworth, Blaine Duckworth, Jayden Ceaser (Savannah Gardener), Ashlyn Gardener, Isaac Gardener, Landon Bovard, Addison Bovard (Hannah Martin), Bayleigh Duckworth, Maylee Duckworth (Erica Papagorge) and Rylan Papagorge.
