With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Lynn Patterson of Sweetwater, Tennessee, who passed away on October 7, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Patterson and Roxie Patterson of Anderson County; and his brothers, Rexie, Daniel and Greefus Patterson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jerline Letsinger (Greg) of Bradley County, Angeline Irwin (Jimmy) of LaFollette and Crystal Duncan of Anderson County; his grandchildren, Kristen Loy (Warren) of Knox County, Autumn Hurley (Austin) of Cocke County and William Ladd of Knox County; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Wrenley Loy and Liam Hurley; his siblings, David Patterson (Debbie) of Dalton, Georgia, Layton Patterson of Dalton, Georgia and Linda Patterson (Coy) of Sharps Chapel, Tennessee; and his close friend Alice Ashe.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Bill Patterson Cemetery.
