He is survived by: his girlfriend Janice Olsen of Athens; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Sonya Crush; his grandchildren, Alex of Sweetwater, Molly Crush of Sweetwater, Emily and Adam Shea of Nashville; his great grandchildren, Jackson Lee Crush and Linnie Jane Crush; his sister Sara; and his brother-in-law David Brown of Rossville, GA.
