He is survived by: his wife Lisa; his daughters, Jessica Yates (Gary), Angie Wolf (Nathan), Rachel Marchesani (Tyler) and Samantha Brock (Chase); his grandchildren, Adalynn, Sophia, Wyatt, Kenzie, Kaylee, Jaxson, Raelyn, Landon, Paxton, Levi and Maddox; and his siblings, Adam Shaw (Jessie), Dee Waddle and Amy Ambler.
