He is survived by: his sisters, MaryAnne Canterbury of Sweetwater, Ruth Roberts of Niota, Susanna Hochertz of Riceville and Eve Morgan of Athens; his nieces and nephews, Roseanne Gentry, Catrina Roberts, Joseph and Michael Barr; his cousin Lester Roberts of Ten Mile; and his close friend Jacob "Jack" Canterbury.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sweetwater Memory Chapel (1838 US-11, Sweetwater, TN 37874). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
