She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Anderson Tilley; her father Theodore Osborne; her stepmother Louise Osborne; and her siblings, Peggy Jenkins, Catherine Tharp and John Osborne.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Frye (Charles), Shirley Pittman and Judy Tilley; her grandchildren, Kelley Lester (Dennis), Melissa Randle (David), Jeff Weaver (Mary Beth) and Michael Weaver; her great grandchildren, Bradley Lester (Kelly), Bailie Lester (Kelvin Franco), Madison Randle, Aiden Randle, Sidney Randle, Aubrey Weaver, Parker Weaver and Koby Weaver; her sister-in-law Edith Osborne; and her niece Louetta Peterman.
