She is survived by: her children, Cindy Ballew (Mark) of Fayetteville, TN, Chris Bevels (Robin) of Taft, TN and Lee Ann Bradley (Chad) of Taft, TN; her grandchildren, Jamie Fultz (Andrew), Corey Ballew (Whitney), Wes Bevels (Lindsey), Branden Bevels (Shelby) and Robert Bevels (Courtney Posey); her great grandchildren, Charleigh Paige Ballew, Lincoln Fultz, Harrison Bevels, Grant Fultz, Logan Ballew and Avery Mae Bevels; and her close friends, Mary Lee Rennie, Linda Hovis and Wanda Rutledge.
