He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Kate and Sarah Porter; his father James Porter of Huntsville; his brother Patrick Porter; his nephews, Cody of Huntsville and Cole Porter of Huntsville; and his sister-in-law Kay Taylor of Taft.
