He is survived by : his daughter Kimberly Renee Spencer of Lascassas, TN; his siblings, Elizabeth Raby of Lynchburg, TN and Ronald Spencer (Polly) of Mulberry, TN.; and his caregivers, Margaret Patterson, Barbara Collins and Faye Dollar.
