He is survived by: his son Shawn Horner (Lavinia); his stepson Tim Gann; his grandchild A. J. Horner; his stepgrandchildren, Amber DeStefano, Joshua Gann and Lindsey Gann-Evans; his sister Beth Horner; and his caregiver Dee Hester. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Farrar Funeral Home - Jefferson City (411 W Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760).
