He is survived by : his children, Hayven, Tatum, Laylee and Jaycee Millington of Jefferson City; his parents, Paula Millington and Chris Millington of Talbott; and his siblings, Alexis Turner (Rusty) of Talbott, Brian Millington (Ashley) of Strawberry Plains, Tyler Millington (Cara) of New Market and Jordan Millington of Dandridge. He is also survived by nephew.
