He is survived by: his wife Florence Hensley Puleo; his daughters, Melissa Havens (Rick) and Christina Puleo; his stepson Bill Hall (Christine); his grandchildren, Nichole Blacken (Chris), Jessica Havens (Chris Drew), Peter Havens (Crystal) and Brayden Puleo; his stepgrandchildren, Jesse Hall and Keri Mayns; his great grandchildren, Olivia Havens, Vincent Dickinson, Gino Havens, Gracelyn Drew, Ella Havens and Callie Havens; and his siblings, Rosie Eaton (late Richard), Cathy English (Arthur), Bob Puleo (Patty) and Tom Puleo (Shirley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
