He was predeceased by: his wife Frances "Ginger" Kelley; and his parents, Lebern Kelley and Mae Manning. He is survived by: his son Garry Kelley Jr.; his grandsons, Colin Kelley (Madison), Taylor Kelley and Mason Kelley; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Kelley and Isla Kelley; and his siblings, James Kelley (Janet), Betty Belcher (Ralph) and Carol Riley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and beloved extended family.
