He was predeceased by: his mother Diana Bishop Osborne; and his grandfather Albert V.. He is survived by: his grandmother Wanda Bishop; his sister Lynn Rogers (Patrick); his close friends, Jimmy Shepherd, Michael, Donna Shepherd, Billy, Myrtle Shepherd, Larry and Linda Harney; and his son Jesse.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Jefferson Memorial Gardens (812 E Broadway Blvd, Jefferson City, TN 37760). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial gifts be made to the community garden established by First Love Church of God.
