She was predeceased by: her husband J. W. Horner (Jay); her daughter Cindi Prater; her grandson Jonathan Prater; her parents, Everett Miller and Mary Miller; her stepfather Frank Lethco; her sister Nancy; her brother-in-law Charles Smith; her sister Billie; her brother-in-law Carroll Smallman; and her close friends, Little Missy and Lexi.

She is survived by: her son-in-law Jeff Prater; her grandson Joseph Prater; her great grandchild Mallorie Tess Prater; her son Jason Horner; her daughter-in-law Lori; her granddaughter Jessica; and her close friend Bobo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
