He was predeceased by : his parents, Lewis Collins and Gladys Miles Collins of Jonesville, Virginia; his sister Jean Schoof; and his parents-in-law, Hobe and Verde Lamb of Sneedville.
He is survived by : his wife Catherine "Cathy" Collins; and his siblings, Jerry Collins, Thelma Mehaffey, Judy Welch and Kathy Collins.
