She was predeceased by : her husband William "Bill" Hopkins; her daughter Donna Gail Collins; her father Henry; her brother Rev. Jack; and her siblings-in-law, Charles, Joyce Hopkins, Margie and Howard Guinn.
She is survived by : her daughters, Kim Gregg (Steve) and Toni Henderson (Mike); her grandchildren, Josh Collins (Rebecca), Morgan Jarnigan (Darwin), Micah Henderson, Lucas Henderson and Greta James; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Braylan Collins, Abrienne and Reagan Jarnigan; her sister Barbara Davis (Burl); her close friends, Elaine Woods, Sue Smelcer, Ralph and Brenda Kelley; and her caregivers, Taylor, Kelli and Liz. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
