He is survived by: his wife Ann Rhea; his children, Amie Rhea Blanchard of Mt. Juliet, TN and Jonathan Brent Rhea of Marietta, GA; his grandchildren, Collin Marshall Blanchard of Nashville, TN and Greyson Cole Blanchard of Mt. Juliet, TN; his mother Virginia Lester Jennings of St. Simons Island, GA; his sister Julie Rhea Bell (Nick) of St. Simons Island, GA; and his sister-in-law Sue Bain of Marietta, GA..
