Roy Lee Bishop Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Roy Lee Bishop of Talbott, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Patterson Bishop; his parents, Lewis Hurd and Bertha Mae Hurst Bishop; and his siblings, Fred, Junior, Ray, Polly Cornwell, Juanita Wester, Marie McCoig and Jane Skelton.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Clara "Bertie" Bishop, Ruby Patterson Smith, Frieda Hines Patterson and Shirley Murray Patterson; and his sibling's children, Lisa Bishop Stapleton, Cathy Hodge Kerby and Robert Bishop. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
