He is survived by: his children, Angel Oakley and Thomas "Tommy" Campbell; his grandchildren, Hannah Lakins McMahan, Ashton Oakley and Emma Johnson; his son-in-law B. Keith Oakley; his nieces and nephews, Donna Myers, Shirley Howard, Richard Kilgore and Matthew Reed; his close friends, Earl and Debbie Howard; his caregivers, Jeff Hamby, Crystal Carrier, Virgil, Rachelle Gill and B. Keith Oakley; and his pets, Cinnamon, Dyston, Mocha, Shadow, Dunkin and Chuck Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
