He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Duncan and Ethel Duncan; and his wife Doris Duncan. He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Collins; and his brother Don Duncan. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home (937 S Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (1106 Nell St, Tazewell, TN 37879).
