She was predeceased by: her parents, William "B. K." Ballew and Dorothy Mae Reynolds-Ballew; her brother Michael Ballew; and her daughter Heather Roach-Cook. She is survived by: her husband William A. "Jack" Roach; her sister Patti Johnson (Chuck); her son Matt Roach; her grandchildren, Benjamin Cook and Michaela "Mia" Roach; and her sibling's children, Sarah Bradsher and Jacob Bradsher.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Billie's memory to the Audubon Society.
