He is survived by: his wife Letha Muncy; his children, Melissa Northam and Shane Muncy; and his stepsons, Don Williams and John William. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel (937 N Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
