It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl D. Mullins of Tazewell, Tennessee, who passed away on May 28, 2026, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Vacie Mullins (Patricia Adams); and his brothers, Howard Collingsworth and Ray Collingsworth. He is survived by: his siblings, Glen Mullins and Elsie Jane Lakins; his niece Wanda Seal; and his nephew Roger Seal. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
