She is survived by: her children, Kelly Hayes (Steve), Michael Crutchfield (Rebecca) and Tim Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Chelsea Day (Jimmy Brunke), Brooke Day, Caleb Crutchfield (Hannah), Dylan Hayes (Heather), Shayne Crutchfield (Michelle), Chloë Crutchfield (Austin Reeves) and Slone Sanchez (Horlando); her great grandchildren, Lea Brunke, Avery Brunke, Marilyn Sanchez, Sophia Hayes, Claire Hayes, Grace Crutchfield, Mateo Sanchez, Olivia Hayes and Annalise Crutchfield; and her brother-in-law Burgin Crutchfield (Jeanne).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home (937 N Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 1560 Tazewell Rd, Tazewell, TN 37879.
