He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Herbert and Mildred Louise Riggs Asher; his sister Linda; and his nieces, Amber and Desiree.
He is survived by: his son DJ Asher; his sisters, Brenda Asher and Darlene Ellis; his siblings' children, Casy Brown, Kenny Ellis and Whitney Ellis; and his uncle Charlie Riggs (Cedell Irene). He is also survived by many cousins, his family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arnett & Steele Valley Chapel (6340 Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Harrogate, TN 37752). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
