He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Partin and Clemintine Reed (Hurst); his brother Ronnie Partin; and his brother-in-law Albert Cooper. He is survived by: his siblings, Irene Benge (J. D.), Roland Partin (Darlene), Joyce Smiddy (Willard) and Marie Cooper; his aunt Sophie Lambdin; and his niece Amanda (David Brown).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cross-Smith Funeral Home, Inc. (300 E Central Ave, LaFollette, TN 37766).
