She was predeceased by : her husband Ray Runions of Tazewell; and her parents, George Buckmaster and Mildred Buckmaster. She is survived by : her siblings, Julie Mclain of Kansas and Jerry Buckmaster of Ohio; her daughters, Sandy Carr of Tazewell and Vicki Butler (Jesse) of Maynardville; her grandchildren, Mark Carr (Angela) of Seattle, WA, Fallon Buchanan (Lukus) of New Tazewell, Samantha Alvarez (Maynie) of Knoxville, Sarah Cassidy (Cody) of Maynardville and Stephen Williams (Elise) of Clinton; and her great grandchildren, Madison, Gavin Buchanan, Chloe and Ethan Carr.
