He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Estil Rosenbalm and Georgia Breeding Rosenbalm; and his sister Dorothy Ann Lemons. He is survived by : his wife Dorsie Ann Rosenbalm; his sons, Carl Douglas Rosenbalm (Belinda) and Steven Estil Rosenbalm; his stepdaughter Sandy DeAnn Yeary; his siblings, James Estil Rosenbalm, Linda Katherine Stamps and Judy Marie Payne; his grandchildren, Jacob Lynn Yeary, Ashley BreAnna Yeary, Chymera Ann Rosenbalm and Adrian Conner McNew; and his nieces, Julie Katherine Harmon and Rebecca Marie Stamps Brown (Ed Brown).
