She was predeceased by: her sons, Jimmy Michael Bolton and Jeffery Bolton; her brothers, Clarence Campbell (Irma), Newt Campbell (Ruth), Ethern Campbell, Jr. (Arzella), Otis Campbell and Mont Campbell (Alma); and her close friends, Hazel Collins Helton, Ruth Campbell Goins and Corene Richardson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Kay Bolton Cosby (Tony), Tammy Bolton Flanagan (Randy) and Theresa Bolton Estep (Robert); her grandsons, Lance Blaine Cosby (Milissa) and James Edward; her great grandchildren, Conor David Cosby, Kaylea Grace Cosby, Margaret "Maggie" Elizabeth Estep and Jackson Ray Flanagan; and her sister-in-law Retha Campbell.
