She is survived by: her daughter Amber Stainback (Holt); her son-in-law Ernie of New Tazewell, TN; her grandchildren, Cheyanne Musick, Austin Mayes, Jahannah Middleton, Rylan Barker and Deegan Barker; her sister Judy Leiner; her close friend Johnny Hatfield; her aunts and uncles, Jack and Sandy Kirkland; Alex. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
