He was predeceased by: his mother Shirley Elaine Dyer; his stepson Christopher Jones; his son Allen Goins; his stepmother Nan; and his siblings, Steve Dyer, Diane Smith and Carrie Payne.
He is survived by: his father Claude Dyer of Tazewell, TN.; his sisters, Mary (Clayton Campbell) of Middlesboro, KY., Kathy (Mike Keck) of Tazewell, TN., Becky Ayers of Tazewell, TN. and Beth (Steve Barton); his children, Misty Williams of Tazewell, TN., Timothy (LeeAnn Goins) of Harrogate, TN. and Jivonni Goins (Danielle Hopper); his grandchildren, Dylan Williams, Matthew (Bethany Goins), Katelyn (Luke Walker), Isabella Goins, Jaxson Mundy, Alexandria O'Quinn and Olivia Hopper; and his great grandchild Loralee Walker.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Green Hills Funeral Home on behalf of the family of Johnny Goins.
