As Lewis departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Lewis. Though Lewis may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Sutton and Amanda Sutton; his stepmother Earlene Sutton; and his daughter Jessica Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sutton; his sons, Mathew Sutton, Jacob Sutton and Joshua Sutton; and his sisters, Jennifer Brown (John) of Kentucky and Francis Sutton of Kentucky. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooke-Campbell Mortuary (220 TN-61, Maynardville, TN 37807). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 12:30 PM.
