She was predeceased by : her parents, William McCollough and Louisa McCollough; and her husband Pat Lewis. She is survived by : her siblings, Glenn (Bill McCollough) and Ruth McCollough Hayes; her daughter Elaine Rutherford (Harold Jr.); and her grandchildren, Chris Rutherford, Amy Rutherford and Moody (Zach).
