She was predeceased by : her parents, Hollis Fugate and Ann Fugate. She is survived by : her husband Bill F. Brooks; her sisters, Mildred Ramsey and Frances Ruther Ford; her son-in-law Jerry F. Hicks; her daughter Billie Marie Hicks; her grandsons, Joe Hicks (Kelly) and Jimmy Hicks (Kathryn); her great grandchildren, Sadie Hicks and Cody Hicks; and her close friends, JoAnn Overton and Pat Cheek. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews.
