He is survived by: his wife Karen Rowland; his children, Jeremy Rowland (Lindsey) and Amanda Breeding (Shane); his grandchildren, Emmarie Rowland, Greyson Rowland, Weston "Boo Boo" Breeding and Ava "Kanava" Breeding; and his siblings, Mitchell Rowland, Patricia Rowland, David Rowland (Marilyn), Bruce Rowland (Nan Neal), Sharon Rowland Capre and Karen Rowland Brock.
A reception was held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Coffey Funeral Home (937 N Broad St, New Tazewell, TN 37825).
