He is survived by : his mother Berneda J. Hipsher; his niece Stephanie Powell of Tazewell, TN; his nephew Brandon Powell of Sneedville, TN; and his great-nieces, Kylee Powell and Ava Powell of Tazewell, TN. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
