He was predeceased by : his father Elmer Napier; his uncles, Warren and Virgil Napier; and his aunt Argelean Saylor. He is survived by : his mother Ruby Foley Napier; his wife Sharon Napier; his children, Bruce Napier (Kasie) of Ft. Morgan and Amy Napier (Justin) of Maynardville, TN; his brother Randall Napier (Cindy) of Cumberland Gap, TN; and his stepson Nathan Henderson (Randy Williams) of Lafollette, TN.
