She is survived by: her parent Loretta Fultz; her sister Brandie Middleton (Pete); her children, Kelsey Seals (Cody), Cassandra Yeary and Hunter Yeary; her granddaughter Raven Seals; and her nieces, Kaylee, Keri and Kinley.
