He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Smolinsky and JoAnn Smolinsky. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Jo Smolinsky of Tazewell; his sons, Steven Scott Smolinsky, II (Mindy) of East Olympia, Michael Wayne Smolinsky (Melinda) of New Tazewell and James Everett Smolinsky (Angie) of New Tazewell; and his grandchildren, Sophia Smolinsky, Gabby Smolinsky, Maggie Jo Smolinsky and Stevie Nicole Smolinsky. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews along with a host of friends.
