He was predeceased by : his parents, Herbert Harrell and Iva Harrell. He is survived by : his wife Linda Faye Harrell; his sons, Carl Michael Harrell and James Paul Harrell (Summer); his grandchildren, Codi Harrell, Eva Jackson (Kyle), Kassidy Harrell, Krissi Harrell, JoJo, Kane and Jazzy; his great grandchildren, Kylie Jackson, Kash Jackson and Kaisyn Jackson; his sisters, Linda Cupp (Don) and Wanda Metcalf; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Money, Jimmy Hagerman, Billy Ray Shaffner and Dottie Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
