He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline Slusher King; his parents, Tip King and Fannie King; his daughter Wanda Inez King Nowak; and his brother James King.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Marcella Potter King; his children, Archie King (Marifaith), Donald King (Gerrie), Gerald King (Kellie) and Susan Hampton (David); and his stepdaughter Gail Calloway.
