Jack Payne Obituary

He was predeceased by : his parents, Welzie Tipton and Pauline Bradley Tipton; his wife Norma Jean Payne; and his siblings, Jimmy Lou Feeks, Lorraine Bolus, John Tipton and Doris DeLagle.

He is survived by : his children, Janet Payne Baker (Sonny) and Tamie Payne McKinney; his grandchildren, Jack Baker, Jordan Baker, Michael McKinney (Katie) and Courtney; his great grandchildren, Rhett Baker, Sylvia and Vivian McKinney; and his siblings, Virginia Payne Clarke, Darryl Tipton, Linda Tipton and Vaughn Tipton (Teresa).
