He was predeceased by: his brother Tracy Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Baker and Peggy Overman (Cobb); and his sisters, Donna Sandoval, Penny Taylor and Sandra West. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews and five great-nieces and great-nephews, along with many extended family and friends.
