Webb and Ella Webb Smith; his siblings, Howard Webb (Parilee), Wiley Leonard Webb, Eva Prock (Francis), Beecher Webb (Lodema), Cecil Webb (Artie), Hazel Martin (Grady), Ray Webb, Shirley Morrow (Oliver) and Joyce Smith (Larry); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Hamby and Irene Shadden Arnold.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Webb Morgan (Roger); his grandchildren, Amy Bunch (Van), Philip Morgan (Holly), Stefanie Morrison (Jonathan) and Melissa Morgan; his great grandchildren, Olivia Morgan, Raylan Morgan and Maisyn Cook; his sister Edith Hamby; and his siblings-in-law, Delta Webb, Nancy Shadden and Don Shadden. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Chapel (4650 US-411, Madisonville, TN 37354). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Shady Grove Cemetery (602 Southard St, Tellico Plains, TN 37385).
