She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Webb; her son Raymond Webb; her parents, Joe Carver and Amanda Shell Carver; and her siblings, Ruth Black, Imogene Dunn, Ailene Wilcox, Junior Carver and Irie "Bud" Carver.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda; her son-in-law Harold Cain; her grandson Kenny (Tasha Cain); her great grandchild Leianna Cain; her siblings, Flourine Jenkins and Harold Carver; and her close friend Bonnie Smallin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; a host of friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Funeral Home (111 Depot St, Tellico Plains, TN 37385). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 26th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Biereley-Hale Chapel (111 Depot St, Tellico Plains, TN 37385).
