It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Rutledge Hatton of Ten Mile, Tennessee, who passed away on May 9, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Nash Rutledge. She is survived by: her husband Wiggins R. Hatton, III; her children, Christopher Hatton (Destiny), Rachal Hatton-Moore (Jonathan) and Becky Hatton (Lynn); her pet Suzy Q; her grandchildren, Travis Sermons and Brittney "Boo" Hatton (Steve McCarthy); her great grandchild River McCarthy; her mother Annis Cloteal "Teal" Rutledge; her brothers, Charles Wayne "Booger" Rutledge (Connie), Horace Nash "Chuck" Rutledge (Kathy) and Marion "Nank" Rutledge (Michelle); and her nephew Charles Eric Rutledge.
Ninny had a longstanding support of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, and donations to DPIL would be greatly appreciated.
